DUNGINX // LEGAL
Terms of Use
These terms describe how the DunginX marketplace works and the responsibilities that apply when you use an account, purchase a digital product, list an item, or participate in support and dispute workflows.

Using DunginX
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details private, and use the marketplace lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. DunginX may restrict or close access when necessary to protect users, the platform, or an active investigation.
Keep important buyer–seller communication, delivery proof, and dispute evidence inside DunginX. Do not move a transaction off-platform in a way that removes the order record or protection workflow.
Buyers and orders
Buyers should review the product title, description, region, delivery method, quantity rules, and checkout requirements before placing an order. A displayed product is not a promise that every quantity or region is available; the server validates the final order against current configuration and inventory.
Payment status and delivery status are separate. A payment may require verification before fulfillment starts. Auto-delivery products use available inventory when payment is verified; manual and service products become available to the seller for fulfillment after payment is confirmed.
Sellers and listings
Sellers must describe products accurately, select the correct region and delivery method, maintain available inventory where applicable, and provide delivery that matches the listing. Sellers must not request passwords or unrelated credentials and must not use product instructions to bypass DunginX security.
Seller earnings are calculated from the applicable seller order amount after the seller platform fee. Buyer-side surcharges are not seller earnings. Completed-order earnings may remain in pending balance during the platform’s existing pending period before becoming available for withdrawal.
Payments, confirmation, disputes, and escrow
Submitting crypto payment evidence does not itself verify payment. Administrator or provider verification remains authoritative. Orders may remain awaiting payment confirmation until that verification completes.
After delivery, buyers should inspect the product and confirm receipt only when the order is correct. If there is a problem, open a dispute through DunginX instead of confirming. Disputes, evidence, buyer–seller dispute chat, resolution, refunds, replacement handling, and escrow outcomes follow the dedicated dispute workflow.
Account security and support
DunginX will not ask you to disclose your password through a product listing, ordinary message, or support reply. Be cautious with external links, verify the domain before signing in, and report suspicious activity through the Support Center.
These terms do not create a guarantee of availability, a promise of a particular response time, or a representation that DunginX holds a license or certification not expressly stated on the platform.
