DUNGINX // LEGAL
Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information DunginX handles when you create an account, buy or sell digital products, request support, or use marketplace safety features. It is written for the current DunginX platform and does not make claims about services we do not operate.
Effective date: August 23, 2026
Information you provide
When you register, DunginX may receive your email address, username, display name, and the account details you choose to add. When you buy, sell, open a ticket, submit a dispute, or apply to become a seller, you may provide order details, product information, delivery context, evidence, and messages needed to complete that workflow.
Do not place passwords, recovery codes, payment secrets, or unrelated sensitive credentials in product descriptions, checkout fields, messages, tickets, or dispute evidence.
How DunginX uses information
We use information to authenticate accounts, process orders and payments, deliver digital products, support buyer–seller communication, prevent abuse, manage disputes, maintain seller balances, and provide account and security notifications. We also use limited technical information such as request metadata and device context to protect the platform and investigate operational issues.
Order snapshots preserve the product, pricing, quantity, region, and fulfillment context needed for historical order accuracy. Support and dispute records are kept within their respective workflows so a normal support ticket is not confused with an order dispute.
Payments, delivery, and third parties
Payment providers process payment information under their own terms. DunginX records the marketplace payment state and relevant provider references needed to reconcile an order, but digital codes are stored separately and are not included in ordinary email notifications.
Supabase provides authentication and database infrastructure, Vercel hosts the application, and Resend may deliver transactional email when configured. These providers receive only the information required for the relevant technical or operational service.
Retention, security, and your choices
We retain account, order, ledger, support, dispute, and audit records for as long as they are needed to operate the marketplace, resolve issues, maintain financial accuracy, or meet applicable obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type.
DunginX uses authenticated access controls, server-side authorization, encrypted digital-delivery storage, audit records, and protected payment and fulfillment transitions. No online service can promise absolute security, so protect your password, use a trusted device, and report suspicious activity through the platform.
For account or privacy questions, start with the DunginX Support Center. We will use the authenticated support workflow where account or order verification is required.
