DUNGINX // TEAM
Marketplace operations
DunginX is operated through coordinated product, marketplace, seller, support, and safety workflows. This page explains those responsibilities without publishing private staff details or creating promises about individual representatives.
Product and platform
The product team maintains the storefront, Buyer and Seller workspaces, checkout, order records, messaging, account security, and the technical boundaries that keep sensitive actions server-authorized.
Marketplace and seller operations
Marketplace operations maintain category structure, seller applications, listing quality, delivery methods, inventory controls, and platform fee configuration. Seller balances, withdrawals, and escrow-related transitions follow the existing ledger and review workflows.
Support and safety
Support handles normal account and platform tickets. Order-specific delivery or quality issues should use the order dispute workflow so evidence, buyer confirmation, seller responses, and resolution remain connected. Safety reports should include enough context to investigate, but never include passwords or recovery codes.
How to reach the right workflow
Use the DunginX Support Center for account and platform help, the order page for delivery questions and disputes, and the Seller workspace for listing and withdrawal operations. Keeping a request in the correct workspace reduces delays and protects private order information.
