Use the route that matches your question. Account and order issues should stay inside the authenticated Support Center so the right team can verify the relevant record without asking you to send sensitive credentials.
Account, order, or payment question
Sign in and open the DunginX Support Center. Choose a normal ticket for account, payment, technical, or platform help. For an order problem involving delivery, quality, or a seller, use the order’s dedicated dispute workflow instead of creating a normal ticket.
Seller and marketplace questions
Approved sellers can use the Seller workspace and Support Center to ask about listings, inventory, delivery, withdrawals, or seller applications. Keep product and delivery information accurate, and never include a buyer’s password or unrelated private credentials.
Partnerships and general inquiries
For partnership proposals, business development, and general (non-order, non-account) inquiries, email info@dunginx.com. Order, payment, and account questions must go through the Support Center so they can be verified against the relevant records — email cannot replace authenticated support.
Safety and suspicious activity
If a message asks you to move a trade off-platform, share a password, or open an unfamiliar payment link, stop and preserve the message in DunginX. Report the issue through Support. The FAQ safety section explains the basic checks to make before continuing.
What to include
Give Support a concise description, the relevant order or ticket reference, the steps you took, and clear evidence when appropriate. Remove passwords, recovery codes, private payment secrets, and unrelated personal information before submitting.
DunginX does not promise a fixed response time on this public page. The authenticated ticket record is the source of truth for replies and status updates.
